meet Dr. Baxter, DPM

Dr. Baxter was born and raised in Southeastern Michigan.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1978.  Postgraduate education was at Roslyn Franklin University in the William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1983. Dr. Baxter is a diplomat of the National Board of Podiatric Examiners and was certified in wound care in 2012, by the Counsel for Medical Education and Testing.

Dr. Baxter is on staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, Indian Path Medical Center, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Holston Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center and Kingsport Day Surgery.
